I will never forget the time when I was in Istanbul on business and because of some confusion my ticket home was cancelled. Anne talked to me for hours, assuaged my fears and helped get everything sorted out. She asked me to keep her informed of how the trip home worked out. She really seemed to care about me and I appreciated that. She was a very sweet and kind woman.
